1. Natural Mineral Disclosures (Organic Variations)

Crystals, raw clusters, and polished gemstones are organic products of the earth. Because they are natural, each specimen is entirely unique. Natural features such as inner fissures, surface cavities, color bands, inclusions, and minor raw spots are normal geological characteristics, not defects. They are part of the crystal's identity and energetic story.

We do not accept returns or refunds based on these natural, organic variations.

2. Transit Damage Policy (Unboxing Video Requirement)

While we pack with supreme care, crystals can occasionally suffer damage during transit due to their delicate crystalline structure.

To protect your purchase, we offer a 100% replacement or full refund if an item arrives broken. However, to prevent fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video of the package showing the label and the opening of the box is strictly required as proof of damage.

3. 7-Day Window

If your crystal arrived damaged, or if you received the incorrect specimen, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Any requests received after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Refund Process

Once your video proof is reviewed and approved by our quality control curators:

  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup for the damaged item (if required).
  • A replacement specimen of similar weight and value will be shipped to you at no extra cost, or a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
