1. Shockproof Sacred Packaging

Crystals are natural minerals formed over millions of years, and many specimens (like Amethyst clusters and Selenite wands) are delicate and fragile. To ensure your sacred treasure arrives intact, we pack every item using custom double-layered bubble cushions, eco-friendly filler, and heavy-duty, reinforced corrugated boxes. We treat packaging as a ritual of care.

2. Sages & Cleansing Lead Time

Unlike standard mass-market items, every crystal ordered undergoes our Cleansing & Blessing Ritual before dispatch. We smudge the stone with white sage and let it rest on Selenite beds.

Due to this ritual, please allow a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before your order is handed over to our courier partners.

3. Shipping Rates (Domestic India)

We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India:

• Free Shipping: Applied automatically at checkout on all orders above ₹999.
• Flat Shipping Rate: A nominal shipping charge of ₹99 is applied to orders below ₹999.
• Express Shipping: Available on request for select metro locations at an additional charge of ₹250.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, standard delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
• Remote Regions / North East: 7 to 10 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order
